There are tiers based on amount of time the nook takes to build:
Level 1: 5-6 hours
Level 2: 6-7 hours
Level 3: 8+
Level 4: 8+ hours and expensive kits
Level 5: 10+ and expensive kits
BEFORE selecting a level MESSAGE me on Etsy so we can discuss which nook you're interested in, once we discuss, I will then tell you which of the three levels to purchase.
While the base kit is manufactured, I personally handle all assembly and finish work, including:
· Hand-painted edges and architectural accents for visual depth and realism
· Edge sanding to remove burrs
· Color enhancement to highlight structural details and signage
· Subtle aging and shading techniques for an immersive, lived-in cityscape feel
· Added 1:12 scale items from my ‘zhuzh’ box of goodies
This is not a mass-produced item—each piece is individually painted and assembled, making every book nook a one-of-a-kind collectible.

· Laser-cut wooden pieces, fitted and glued for long-term stability
· This item is made to order – please allow [8-10] days for custom assembly.
· Additional paint accents and panel detailing for a more immersive feel
· LED lighting system installed and tested
· Carefully packaged for safe shipping
· Nook made of resin, wood, and plastic pieces.
· Dimensions: Approx. 5" W, 10" H, 6.5" L
· Batteries are required but not included. You will either need two AAA or two AA batteries for the lights to work.
· Each piece is unique; small variations in paint or added items may occur, adding to its one-of-a-kind charm.
· Not responsible for any damage during shipping. If any pieces fall off during shipping they should all be easily snapped/glued back in.
· The delivered product may looks slightly different from the photos.
