Thank you for supporting WanderingBookNook! Every book nook is hand-assembled with care, and many are custom made to order. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Final Sale Notice (Short & Clear): All book nooks are autographed for the recipient before shipping and are final sale once shipped. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly assist with a repair, replacement, or carrier claim.

📦 Processing Time

Made-to-Order Builds

  • Most book nooks are made to order.

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • This includes ordering the kit (if needed), hand-building, curing time for glue/paint, quality checks, and final packaging.

  • During peak seasons or for highly detailed custom builds, processing time may extend slightly. If so, you’ll always be notified.

Ready-to-Ship Builds

  • Ready-to-ship items are already completed.

  • These ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.

🚚 Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (varies by country)

Please note: these are carrier estimates and not guarantees.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

📬 Tracking

  • All orders include tracking.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We proudly ship worldwide.

  • Transit times vary by destination and local customs processing.

  • WanderingBookNook is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

🛠️ Packaging & Care

  • All book nooks are carefully wrapped with protective padding. Most nooks are bubble wrapped with peanuts and double boxed. 

  • Fragile areas are reinforced for safe transit.

  • Please open your package gently and keep all original packing materials in case a claim is needed.

🚨 Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • The outer box

    • The inner packaging

    • The damaged item

  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your photos and order number.

We will work quickly to repair, replace, or file a carrier claim as needed.

🔁 Returns & Cancellations

  • All Orders (Including Ready-to-Ship): Every book nook is personally autographed on the bottom with your name, a short saying, and Danny’s signature before shipping. Because of this personalization, all sales are final once shipped.
