While the base kit is designed by Flever, I personally handle all assembly and finish work, including:

· Edge sanding to remove burrs
· Color enhancement to highlight structural details and signage
· Subtle aging and shading techniques for an immersive, lived-in cityscape feel
· Added 1:12 scale items from my ‘zhuzh’ box of goodies
This is not a mass-produced item—each piece is individually painted and assembled, making every book nook a one-of-a-kind collectible.
