While the base kit is designed by Cutebee, I personally handle all assembly and finish work, including:

• Hand-painted edges and architectural accents for visual depth and realism
• Edge sanding to remove burrs
• Color enhancement to highlight structural details and signage - including glitter gell pens! 
• Subtle aging and shading techniques for an immersive, lived-in cityscape feel
• Added 1:12 scale items from my ‘zhuzh’ box of goodies
• Size: 4.5 x 8.7 x 7.5 inches

This is not a mass-produced item—each piece is individually painted and assembled, making every book nook a one-of-a-kind collectible.

• Batteries are required but not included. You will either need two AAA or two AA batteries for the lights to work.

• Not responsible for any damage during shipping. If any pieces fall off during shipping they should all be easily snapped/glued back in.
