Refund & Returns Policy

Because every WanderingBookNook item is personalized and autographed for the recipient before shipping, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference changes, buyer’s remorse, or display fit issues.

If your item arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the outer box, packaging, and damaged item
- We will assist with a repair, replacement, or carrier insurance claim when applicable

If a package is lost in transit and marked delivered by the carrier, we will assist in initiating a claim but are not responsible for package theft.
